We're Still Here...
Admittedly, we've neglected our posting duties...but not because we're home loafing and eating Twinkies (ok, we're not loafing at least). Since we've last posted the snow has left us and it's now full-on spring - we've been stumbling upon wildlife everywhere. The Betty pictures are of our last hike in the snow, and as is usually the case, we made about 40 cents picking up beer cans. Betty E. & Betty D. now have a routine for beer can retrieval - one leaves space in her pack and the other crushes and stuffs -yes, it's a dark signal for humanity that we've done this enough to have an actual "beer can retrieval routine." Enough doom and gloom...it's now mountain bike season and it has arrived at least 4-6 weeks early this year. Betty D. & Betty E. have new bikes, so get ready to see some bloody shins in our summer postings. Several Betties and their husbands and families will be at the World Cup Downhill Mountain Bike Races at Mont Sainte Anne in June. Make way for the Betties...
